Putting a tattoo on your body should be a choice that you consider with much thought. You know the old saying, it's a permanent mark on your body, one that will always be there. However, it's up to you what you put on your body.

Maybe it's your first tattoo and you want something really small on your wrist. Maybe not the least painful spot to pick on your body, but hey it will work. Now you only need to decide what kind of tattoo you want.

There are many different ideas for tattoos, and going into a shop you will see many designs not only on the walls, but in books, and even on computer. Look through all of these places to see if you find something you think will look good.

Normally as the artist will begin the outline of the tattoo, it will hurt, unless you are oblivious to pain. Which in that case have a blast you won't feel a thing. But as the artist keeps going the area will actually become a bit numb.

While if you're a female you can stick with something that is more feminine like a butterfly or flowers on a vine. A guy wouldn't really look good with either of those choices, but there are flames or Celtic symbols even.

Keep in mind that a tattoo is permanent and it will be on you forever. So before you even sit down in the chair and start thinking about the pain you should really think if you want this on you or not. Once it's started there is no going back. And whatever you do don't put a name on your skin, at least not of the opposite sex unless it's a relative.
